Product Manager - Aluminum Plate

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager - Aluminum Plate to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a Technical Services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $125,000 annually Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive understanding of aluminum plate capabilities and workflows Identify operational bottlenecks and drive improvements Collect and analyze performance data for optimization strategies Support and inspire team members through collaboration and training Track effectiveness of operational changes and adjust strategies accordingly Partner with Sales to implement solution selling for aluminum plate Build strong relationships to enhance product alignment in sales Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business, or a related field 10+ years of experience in sales, operations, purchasing, or management Experience with plate sawing and related processing equipment Strong relationship-building and team leadership across regions Proficient in computer and data analysis for decision-making Ability to interpret data trends and develop actionable strategies Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance and Disability coverage Voluntary Wellness Programs 401(k) or RRSP with Company Match Paid Vacation and Holidays Tuition Reimbursement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
