Job Description Growth Marketing Specialist Location: Atlanta, GA • Remote Demographics About The Role AchieveIt is seeking a versatile, data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role involves executing multi-channel campaigns, managing digital footprint, and ensuring flawless event and webinar execution. Key Responsibilities • Inbound Optimization: Develop and optimize web content to drive organic traffic and improve search visibility. • Digital Operations & Agency Management: Oversee digital marketing agency relationship, manage reporting, and execute website updates. • Content & Brand Presence: Manage social media channels, coordinate content (including podcast), and assist with PR. • Event & Webinar Execution: Drive logistics and promotion for demand-generation webinars and events; analyze performance. • Customer Growth & Advocacy: Develop customer marketing strategy, produce newsletter and stories, manage reviews. • Campaign Coordination: Ensure alignment across inbound/outbound campaigns, social promotion, and sales enablement. Requirements • 2–4+ years experience in growth, digital, or integrated marketing (SaaS preferred). • Passionate about marketing and bringing fresh ideas. • Proven track record in planning successful events and marketing initiatives. • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders. • Knowledge of strategic planning market preferred. • Experience marketing to government entities is a plus. • Hands-on with Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, Google Analytics. • Familiarity with AI tools and ability to leverage them.
