We’re partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed startup that’s redefining how companies understand their customers through AI. The product is already gaining serious traction with enterprise brands, and the company has scaled from $0 to meaningful ARR in under a year. They’re now hiring a Growth Lead (Acquisition) to work directly with the Head of Growth and build the acquisition engine from the ground up. This is a hands-on, builder role—ideal for someone who wants full ownership and thrives in fast-moving, high-intensity environments. Please note: This role requires 5 days/week on-site in EITHER San Francisco or NYC What You’ll Do • Own and scale multi-channel acquisition across paid social, search, SEO/AEO, partnerships, and affiliates • Build and run a high-velocity experimentation engine to test and scale new growth opportunities • Develop creative strategy in partnership with product marketing and design to drive performance • Set up and optimize attribution, analytics, and reporting to guide decision-making • Partner with Product and Engineering to improve conversion, onboarding, and product-led growth loops • Work cross-functionally with Sales, CS, and Marketing to align on ICP, messaging, and pipeline goals • Build foundational systems and playbooks for long-term, scalable growth What Our Client is Looking For • ~2–6 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation (B2B SaaS highly preferred) • Hands-on executor—you’ve personally built campaigns, run tests, and optimized performance (not just managed agencies) • Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience in attribution, dashboards, and performance measurement • Strong creative instincts—you understand what messaging and content drives conversion • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving quickly in a high-growth startup environment • Experience with modern marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker, Webflow, etc.) • Bonus: background in consulting, investment banking, or high-velocity startups
