Description

Manage end-to-end B2B cold email & LinkedIn campaigns, run QA and data workflows, and lead a small ops team to deliver scalable outreach that drives qualified leads.

Our client is a fast-growing Spanish B2B outbound agency that helps companies generate qualified sales opportunities through highly targeted cold email and LinkedIn campaigns. Using advanced outbound systems, automation tools, and data-driven workflows, they build and manage scalable outreach campaigns for clients across multiple industries.

They are now looking for an Outbound Operations Manager to Project Manage and take ownership of campaign operations and ensure flawless execution across every client account.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will be responsible for organising workflows, managing priorities, overseeing a small operations team, and ensuring every campaign is delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive. You should be someone who naturally spots problems before they escalate, maintains high operational standards, and keeps projects moving without losing control of the details.
