Senior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can design products that actually sell. This isn’t just social media graphics—you’ll be working on: • Product packaging • Labels & supplement panels • Brand identity • Amazon & e-commerce visuals You should understand modern design trends, consumer psychology, and how to make products stand out both online and on retail shelves. Key Responsibilities • Design product packaging (bottles, boxes, pouches, sticks, etc.) • Create label designs including FDA-compliant supplement layouts • Develop brand identities (logos, colors, typography, visual direction) • Build Amazon listing images & A+ Content • Design Shopify website graphics & banners • Create product mockups and lifestyle visuals • Ensure all designs are clean, modern, and retail-ready • Work closely with the team on new product launches and concepts What You’ll Be Designing • Vitamins & supplements (capsules, powders, gummies, sticks) • Beauty & wellness products • Trend-driven consumer products • Multiple brands with different styles: • Premium & minimal (clean, Apple-like) • Bold & trendy (Gen Z / retail shelf appeal) Requirements • Strong experience in graphic design (packaging preferred) • Proficient in: • Adobe Illustrator • Adobe Photoshop • Canva • Understanding of: • Packaging layouts & dielines • Typography & color systems • E-commerce design (Amazon, Shopify) • Ability to follow direction but also bring creative ideas • Organized, fast, and detail-oriented • Experience with supplement labels / FDA layouts is a big plus Bonus Skills (Big Plus) • Experience designing for Amazon (high-converting images) • Knowledge of printing requirements & packaging production • Basic understanding of branding strategy • Photo editing / light video editing Compensation • Competitive salary (based on experience) • Growth opportunities within a fast-scaling company • Work on multiple real brands and products hitting the market Why Join ERA GROUP DIST • You’ll design products that actually get sold in stores and online • Fast-paced environment with constant new projects • Creative freedom + real impact on brands • Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Paid time off Work Location: In person
