Base Salary: $168,016 - $198,450. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.
Location: Hybrid in Stamford, CT. Will consider highly qualified candidates to be open to remote in other states.

Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Director of Partnerships and Portfolio Activations to join the Primo Brands Marketing organization. This role will be crucial in developing and executing strategic partnerships to enhance our brand presence, drive growth, and foster consumer connections. This leadership position requires a visionary individual with a strong background in partnership development, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of driving cultural connectivity in the consumer goods Industry.
This person must reside near the Stamford, CT office, and work a HYBRID work schedule OR can be remote for highly qualified candidates with required travel to the Stamford, CT office.
Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Strategic Partnership Development:
• Lead evaluation, negotiation, and execution of national and regional partnerships across various cultural pillars to align with Primo Brands' strategic objectives.
• Structure agreements that protect the business and maximize return.
• Develop and implement partnership strategies that build brand awareness, support retail partner objectives, and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of partnership initiatives with overall Primo Brands business goals.
Commercial Integration:
• Develop toolkits that translate partnerships into scalable retail and sales programs.
• Partner closely with Sales teams to ensure partnership assets drive distribution and retail performance.
• Align partnership programming to key selling windows and trade priorities.
Relationship Management:
• Oversee integration, relationship management and contract delivery of current MLB partnership.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual benefits and sustainable growth.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners, managing all aspects of the partnership lifecycle.
• Regularly engage with partners to review performance, address issues, and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Ensure all contract deliverables are fulfilled.
Agency, Negotiations and Contract Management:
• Lead agency partners to deliver successful events and activations while retaining ownership of partnership strategy, contract negotiation, and commercial integration.
• Oversee the negotiation, drafting, review, and execution of partnership contracts and agreements.
Team & Budget Management:
• Lead and deliver on best-in-class programs across the portfolio.
• Oversee management of partnerships budget and monthly forecasting.
• Drive efficient use of partnership and brand dollars.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize existing partnerships and inform future partnership strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Commercial team (Marketing and Sales) and Ready Refresh to leverage partnerships.
• Coordinate partnership-related activities, campaigns, and events to ensure seamless execution and integration.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Key qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or a related role within the consumer goods or alcohol beverage industries.
• Experience partnering with distributor networks and sales teams.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing high-value partnerships.
• Must have client side and brand side experience.
• Leadership skills: Ability to effectively interface at all levels.
• Effective Communicator: Concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem Solver: Highly organized, creative thinker with strategic and analytical skills.
• Bias for action: Ability to take initiative, develop and seek out creative and innovative ideas.
• Leadership skills: Ability to effectively interface at all levels.
• Solid Marketing Fundamentals: Must have strong knowledge of Marketing fundamentals, analytical expertise, and be familiar with syndicated data sources and internal data sources.
• Must be able to travel 20% of the time.
