Role Description The Real Estate & Financial Services Partner will work collaboratively to assist clients with their real estate and financial service needs. Key responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, managing real estate transactions, driving sales, and supporting real estate development projects. This hybrid role allows for a combination of in-office work at our Gaithersburg, MD location and the flexibility to work from home, as agreed upon with management. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Real Estate and Real Property, including knowledge of market trends and compliance • Experience in Sales and Real Estate Development, with proven ability to close deals and manage projects effectively • Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship management • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients and team members • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with strong time management skills • Experience in financial planning or knowledge of financial services is a plus • Familiarity with local real estate regulations and requirements in Maryland • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred
