Medical Aesthetician

Position Title: Medical Esthetician Total Compensation Range: $25.50-$39.75 • Base: $25.50 - $34.50/hour • Bonus: $0 - $5.25+/hour • Benefits: • 4 Weeks of PTO (Up to 6 with Tenure) • Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance • Short Term Disability • HSA / FSA • 401k + Employee Match Up to 4% • Malpractice Insurance Position Summary: To administer medical-grade facials including HydraFacial, non-invasive chemical peels, dermaplaning, and microneedling per relevant guidance and compliance requirement. Strong understanding in ZO, Alastin and ColoreScience retail lines. We expect to bring on Laser Hair Removal in Fall 2026. Essential Skills: • Organized • Responsive • Adaptive and flexible • Growth-oriented • Effective communication • Time management • Self-management Qualifications: • Master Esthetician in Virginia • Knowledge of current esthetic treatment practices, products and trends • One year or more experience in Medical Spa setting • Comfortable consulting patients regarding skin care needs, techniques and treatment plan Physical/Mental Requirements: • Ability to lift at least 30 lb. • Exposure to blood and bodily fluids, utilizing proper PPE • Use of manual dexterity, gross motor skills, bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills Work Environment: Spa environment
