Responsibilities Lead BitGo’s sales strategy and execution across the EU region, with full accountability for regional growth and commercial performance Build, manage, and scale a high-performing institutional sales team across the region Serve as a senior hiring leader for continued expansion of BitGo’s EU commercial organization Own revenue growth across BitGo’s product suite, including custody, trading, staking, financing, settlement, and wallet infrastructure Drive the growth, adoption, and strategic positioning of the Go Network across EU Develop and strengthen relationships with institutional clients, including banks, asset managers, hedge funds, fintechs, exchanges, market makers, and other digital asset ecosystem participants Lead complex enterprise and strategic sales cycles from origination through close Act as a senior external representative of BitGo in client meetings, industry events, conferences, and strategic partner discussions Maintain strong awareness of regional market structure, client demand, regulatory developments, and the competitive landscape across EMEA Partner cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align regional comm
