This role focuses on creating and updating flyers, brochures, and postcards primarily for Medicare and Medicaid communications. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in design principles and can transform existing content into polished, production-ready layouts.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and update print materials including flyers, brochures, and postcardsCreate new layouts using existing content and branding guidelinesPerform high-volume production edits with strong attention to detailEnsure accuracy in typography, spacing, and alignmentRearrange and enhance content in PowerPoint presentationsCollaborate with a team of graphic designers to meet deadlinesRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in graphic production/designStrong hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Experience with Design Base or similar toolsSolid understanding of design fundamentals (Design 101)Proven experience in layout developmentAbility to work on production-heavy tasks and iterative editsMust provide work samples/portfolioMust have own computer (Mac preferred, PC acceptable)Preferred QualificationsExperience with Medicare/Medicaid or healthcare-related materialsKnowledge of Section 508 compliance and WCAG accessibility standardsStrong PowerPoint design and formatting skillsLumen Solutions Group Inc is an equal opportunity employer.
