Property Manager

Role Description This is a full-time role, where traveling to sites is required. Our main office is located in Mineola, NY. The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of properties, including overseeing maintenance, handling tenant relations, coordinating leasing activities, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with property regulations. Responsibilities also include conducting property inspections, addressing tenant concerns, and managing client relationships. Qualifications • Property management experience and knowledge of maintenance procedures • Strong tenant relations and conflict resolution skills • Proficiency in budget management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties • Familiarity with property regulations and compliance • Proficiency with Microsoft excel, word, etc. • Familiarity with Property Management Platforms beneficial
