Account Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION The Account Manager networks within the service area to educate family members and care providers regarding the benefits of the services offered and provided by Care with Love. This role offers a transparent career advancement trajectory leading to the positions of Senior Account Manager and, subsequently, Branch Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES • Meets with potential clients, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, etc., and introduces Care with Love services. • Responsible for generating referrals by educating families and healthcare providers about the services. • Builds and maintains relationships within communities • Contact, gather, and maintain a log of all contacts and client-related activity and provide input on key opportunities, service line extensions, and proposals. • Identify and demonstrate closing new or extended opportunities to meet established objectives. • Strong relationships are built and maintained through regular presence with each client. • Responsible for getting involved in community events (fairs, sponsored walks, lunches, etc.) that will contribute to Care with Love’s overall goal of acquiring long-term quality clients. • Prepare plans and maintain target lists. • Prioritizing accounts in accordance with the marketing plan. • Data management and reporting to include creating, updating, and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly internal and external reports. • Work overtime and flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends. • Other Duties as assigned, ensuring cooperative work to carry out goals and objectives.
