Position Full-Time Location This position offers remote work from Los Angeles/New York/Denver. Overview Movement Strategy is looking for an Associate Creative Director to oversee our Fashion BU. You will report to the Group Creative Director and work closely with other Creative Team members as well as cross-functionally with Integrated Client Leadership and Strategy. We are looking for someone with social agency experience who has worked on large brands with high-volume content production, and experience being the creative lead on retail, lifestyle and/or consumer-based clients. We are looking for candidates with an art or design background passionate in redefining the model for editorialized social content created by brands. As the Creative Lead within the Pod, you serve as the central creative authority for your client portfolio. You partner closely with the Pod Lead, cross-functional discipline leads, and your Group Creative Director to drive creative excellence, ensure seamless day-to-day collaboration, and uphold discipline standards within the POD/COE model. You are responsible for maintaining the creative vision across all workstreams, aligning creative output with client and business goals, and ensuring consistency with agency-wide creative standards. a Bit About Us Movement Strategy creates content and campaigns for the world’s most exciting brands.
