What you'll do Community Growth Grow Discord membership organically Build referral/invite loops create viral engagement hooks cross-post into relevant communities identify acquisition channels (Reddit / X / niche communities / partnerships) Community Engagement keep conversations alive daily seed discussion topics create AMA/event formats polls / memes / debates / engagement triggers increase DAU / WAU improve retention Community Operations structure channels properly onboarding funnels bot setup / automation roles / permissions moderation workflows anti-spam systems Growth Experiments Run weekly experiments: engagement campaigns invite contests ambassador programs gamification leaderboard mechanics role unlock systems Requirements Must have: proven Discord community growth experience examples of communities you've grown understanding of Discord bots / tools excellent written English fast response time internet-native communication style
