You’ll be working out of our HQ in London and to ensure a never-ending growth curve, we provide you with:</p> <ul> <li>An opportunity to get operational experience in a start-up where both your work and the results are highly tangible and matter to the business</li> <li>A chance to work closely with the CEO on our recruiting strategy</li> <li>Unlimited growth potential in our company - we strongly believe in and we have a track record of promoting internally</li> <li>12-month internship with the possibility of a full-time role either in recruitment or other departments of the company.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Watch this&nbsp;<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sxjgL64czRY">video</a>&nbsp;with our founder to learn more about our thoughts on recruiting.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate with the CEO all the weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates.</li> <li>Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach.</li> <li>Take responsibility for the first stage of the recruitment process. (CV Screening)</li> <li>Take ownership of the Recruitment Software, Greenhouse:</li> <ul> <li>Renew and update job postings via the platform.</li> <li>Update the job description to attract more candidates</li> <li>Ensure synchronization between FirstMind and Greenhouse.</li> </ul> <li>You will report to the senior recruitment and to the CEO</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What we expect from you</strong></p> <p>We do expect you to:</p> <ul> <li>Have acquired a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results</li> <li>Have a UK work permit</li> <li>Have a natural ability to make people feel comfortable around you</li> <li>Take ownership of everything you do, be proactive and follow through on commitments</li> <li>Desire to get to know other people and learn, develop, and push yourself.&nbsp;</li> <li>No experience is needed. If need be, we will teach you everything you need to know about recruiting.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Start date</strong></p> <p>Flexible</p> <p>The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate.
