Brief Overview: Leads the Solutions Delivery vertical responsible for execution of predefined products and ad hoc analytics engagements for pharmaceutical manufacturers. Owns delivery excellence, client satisfaction, scope discipline, and financial performance. Ensures repeatable, scalable execution aligned to product standards and commercial objectives. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Owns end-to-end delivery governance across all active engagements, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are consistently met • Serves as executive escalation point for client and internal stakeholders • Oversees resource planning, capacity management, and margin performance across the portfolio • Ensures adherence to product standards and prevents unnecessary customization or scope creep • Partners with Commercial, Product, Data, and Strategy teams to align delivery with strategic objectives • Implements standardized playbooks, templates, and performance tracking mechanisms to improve or deliver predictably. • Monitors engagement financials, including revenue realization, cost control, and operational efficiency • Identifies cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing engagements • Provides coaching and oversight to engagement managers and business analysts to ensure high-quality execution Education • Bachelor's Degree required.(Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics) • Master's Degree preferred (MBA, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics) Prior Relevant Work Experience 10+ years of experience in consulting, pharma services, data delivery, or client engagement leadership Experience managing multi-project portfolios and P&L accountability preferred Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $144,200.00 - $288,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program. Our people fuel our future.
