This role partners closely with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to identify learning needs, create effective training interventions, and evaluate program effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong instructional design expertise, adult learning knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple training development initiatives in a fast-paced collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Design and develop instructor-led, on-the-job, and e-learning training solutions Conduct needs analysis to identify skill and knowledge gaps Apply ISD methodologies to create effective learning materials Collaborate with SMEs to validate technical content accuracy Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, and supporting documentation Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for instructors and facilitators Build assessments and evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness Identify and implement appropriate instructional delivery methods Observe newly launched programs and gather learner/instructor feedback Analyze feedback and revise learning interventions for continuous improvement Stay current on emerging learning technologies and delivery methods Manage multiple design projects while meeting established deadlines **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
