New York City, USA (Hybrid - 3 days in the office per week) $160,000 to $180,000 base salary plus bonus! The agency My client is a Social & Creative Agency with a genuine track record of delivering brand transformation for household names. They are B-Corp certified and consistently recognised as one of the best places to work. What you will be doing You will lead client services across key and complex accounts, setting the standard through your own delivery and the coaching of those around you. That means owning scope and contract renewals, leading growth proposals and pitches, troubleshooting senior client issues, and driving the quality of strategic and creative output. Around 25% of your time will be billable on key workstreams. On the BD side, you will oversee and act as point of escalation for key agency opportunities, running pitch and proposal processes for new brands and service lines within existing clients. You will build new opportunities through account planning, networking, thought leadership, and relationship development, and report clearly on pipeline and growth momentum. You will also lead and develop a team of Senior Account Directors, owning their personal and professional growth through regular one-to-ones, monthly reviews, and performance conversations. You will be the person they come to when things get complex, and the standard they measure themselves against. What they are looking for You have seven or more years of people leadership experience in a Client Services role within an agency. You understand social-first delivery across strategy, creative, media, and management, and you have a proven track record of retaining, developing, and growing accounts commercially. You know how to run a room with senior clients, you have helped others develop their craft, and you take genuine pride in the quality of the work that goes out under your watch. Experience with global brands is a strong advantage, and FMCG exposure is a real plus.
