Overview The company is building a premium consumer health optimization ecosystem that combines advanced diagnostics, personalized protocols, telemedicine infrastructure, therapeutic products, strategic clinical partnerships, and AI-driven health intelligence into a unified consumer experience. This is a modern health operating system intended to help people understand drivers of aging, optimize performance, and improve long-term outcomes through personalized, data-informed care. The organization is in an early-stage growth phase with strategic partnerships and developing infrastructure. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Operational Leader will work directly with the founder and leadership team to operationalize the vision, create structure, build systems, manage projects, oversee execution, and help scale the business from startup toward national recognition. This role is for a hands-on operator who moves quickly, thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building systems from scratch, and can lead teams while working in operational detail. Responsibilities • Build and oversee company operations; create organizational structure and accountability • Develop systems, SOPs, dashboards, and workflows to drive repeatable execution • Manage timelines, priorities, deliverables, and cross-functional execution to ensure projects move quickly and efficiently • Coordinate internal team members, contractors, agencies, and external partners • Lead weekly meetings, reporting, and accountability systems; establish a regular performance cadence • Recruit and manage future hires; cultivate a high-performance culture with urgency and ownership • Wear multiple hats daily; identify and resolve operational bottlenecks quickly • Prioritize initiatives and bring order and structure to fast-moving growth efforts • Manage technology and clinical vendor integrations; support vendor and API coordination • Support operational scaling across multiple states and markets, including compliance coordination and operational processes • Improve customer experience and retention systems • Act as a right-hand operator to the founder: translate vision into execution, protect focus, and create leverage for leadership Qualifications • Startup operating experience; experience as a COO, integrator, operations lead, or senior operator • Highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership • Strong communicator who can manage chaos and create structure with urgency and initiative • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically; enjoys solving complex operational problems • Enthusiasm for health, wellness, diagnostics, telehealth, or consumer health products • Comfortable building systems from scratch and working in operational detail Bonus experience (highly desirable) • Experience in health technology, telemedicine, diagnostics/lab businesses, or clinical partnerships • Experience with consumer wellness brands, e-commerce, subscription models, or conversion funnel optimization • Proven track record scaling startups from early to growth stages • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools • Experience coordinating vendors/APIs and supporting marketing operations
