Job Purpose: We are seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to support participant engagement and help connect employees and plan participants with the right financial solutions at the right moment in their financial journey. This is a hands-on role for someone who is eager to build skills in segmented communication strategies, automated workflows, and performance reporting that connect people with relevant resources while contributing to business growth. You'll work directly with the RPW marketing team to design targeted outreach based on plan demographics, engagement patterns, and lifecycle triggers-ensuring employees receive timely, relevant guidance on retirement, wealth management, insurance, and financial wellness solutions. The goal is to deliver meaningful experiences to plan participants while building a pipeline of qualified opportunities for our advisor teams. We are the perfect fit if you are: • Proficient in HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms) with hands-on experience building workflows, lists, and reports • Comfortable working with data across multiple systems and digesting insights for strategic decisions • Familiar with email marketing best practices, conversion funnels, and pipeline contribution • You understand the difference between engagement and intent, and build campaigns accordingly • You don't just recommend-you build, launch, monitor, and optimize • You can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail • You're comfortable moving quickly in a regulated environment where compliance and privacy matter Key Responsibilities:Build & Automate • Build communication segments based on plan demographics, lifecycle stage, and engagement behavior to deliver relevant content and solutions • Identify high-intent opportunities based on trigger events (near retirement, job transitions, salary increases) and engagement signals • Continuously refine targeting strategies based on response rates and conversion performance • Design multi-touch outreach sequences that guide participants from awareness to advisor conversations • Build automated workflows that respond to participant actions and lifecycle milestones • Create intelligent routing logic to connect qualified leads with the right advisor or specialist team • Work with compliance to ensure all outreach meets regulatory requirements for participant communication Measure & Collaborate • Launch and monitor multi-channel campaigns through email, web, SMS, mobile app, and other emerging channels • Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, and calls-to-action to improve engagement and conversion rates • Track campaign performance across the funnel-from opens and clicks to scheduled appointments and advisor handoffs • Support reporting on lead volume, pipeline activity, and conversion rates by segment and channel • Provide regular reports to marketing and sales leadership on what's driving results • Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for advisors and leadership • Coordinate with product team to align engagement data with platform development priorities Required Qualifications: • 2 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or demand generation (financial services exposure a plus) • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot familiarity preferred) • Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization • Strong analytical skills with ability to build reports, work in Excel/Google Sheets, and visualize data • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Featured Benefits: • $60,000 salary • 6% yearly discretionary bonus • Medical insurance, Vision insurance, Dental insurance, 401(k) plus match, Company Paid STD, Life Insurance, & parental leave • Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) • 2 weeks of vacation, sick leave, personal days, and floating holiday's • Hybrid schedule (3 days in office) Travel: • No travel required Department Business Operations Required Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience Required Travel: No Travel Required Required Education: Associate degr.
