Construction Superintendent/Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary: Project Management Duties: • Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of all construction phases across multiple location. • Manage project schedule, budget, and resource allocation in coordination with company leadership and client representatives. • Maintain the project baseline schedule, 3-week look-ahead schedules, and ensure milestone compliance. • Coordinate with subcontractors, utilities, and local authorities for permits, inspections, and approvals. • Ensure full compliance with Quality Management and Safety/Environmental Requirements Superintendent Duties: • Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities including demolition, civil, electrical, and installation work. • Supervise subcontractors, foremen, and field crews; ensure adherence to approved drawings and safety protocols. • Maintain as-built documentation, field reports, and photographic progress records. • Conduct daily coordination and safety briefings with site personnel. Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred • Experience: • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent role. • Certifications: • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety (required). • First Aid/CPR certification (preferred). • Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software proficiency (preferred). • Skills: • Strong understanding of civil, structural, and electrical systems. • Proven ability to lead teams and maintain effective communication with clients and subcontractors. • Excellent organizational, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
