Position Overview
NARDOS is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Assistant Sales & Production Coordinator to support our luxury bridal and evening wear teams. This role works closely with sales, production, alterations, and client services to ensure orders, fittings, timelines, and deliveries are managed with accuracy and care. The ideal candidate is proactive, polished, and comfortable balancing client-facing communication with behind-the-scenes production coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the sales team with bridal, evening wear, couture, and custom client orders.
• Track order details, production timelines, fitting dates, alterations, and delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate communication between the showroom, production team, alterations, workroom, and vendors.
• Assist with client follow-up, appointment preparation, garment handoffs, and post-appointment notes.
• Maintain accurate records for orders, measurements, invoices, payments, production updates, and delivery status.
• Help monitor fabrics, trims, samples, special orders, and custom design details.
• Support fittings by preparing garments, updating notes, and communicating next steps internally.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, local deliveries, garment packaging, and client pickups.
• Help keep the showroom, sample inventory, and production areas organized.
• Support trunk shows, collection launches, bridal market, fashion week, and special events as needed.
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in luxury fashion, bridal, evening wear, retail operations, production, or client services preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with high-touch clients and luxury garments.
• Experience with bridal fittings, custom orders, alterations, or production timelines is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, Shopify, CRM, or order management systems preferred.
