We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
• Own product roadmaps and feature priorities for trust, privacy, accessibility, and responsible AI initiatives within a major technology ecosystem.
• Drive the architectural vision for privacy-preserving features, accessibility standards, and responsible AI frameworks while ensuring engaging customer experiences.
• Partner with AI, Product, and Engineering teams to define and implement responsible technology guardrails and accessibility compliance.
• Collaborate with legal, policy, and accessibility teams to ensure compliance with evolving technology regulations and standards.
• Own key customer experience, trust, accessibility, and responsible AI metrics, developing strategies for continuous improvement.
• Design and implement privacy controls, accessibility features, and AI governance mechanisms across multiple product categories.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
• Experience contributing to technical discussions around product strategy and technology decisions.
• Proven ability to represent and advocate for diverse customer and stakeholder needs during executive-level prioritization.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and policy analysis methodologies.
• Experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional, customer-facing products.
• Experience with explainable machine learning and artificial intelligence methodologies.
