Knowledge -Good knowledge of UX/UI + Web Accessibility/ADA principles preferred (Specifically looking for UX/UI knowledge and experience, and not just people who have worked with UX partners before, as these are two different things) Capabilities -Strong content management skills, including managing multiple campaigns/projects at once -Ability to lead the content creation process for online, as well as manage the content within IKEA CMS tools for publish -Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred Key previous experience and proven skills -Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in Web Content Management
