ABOUT THE ROLE
I'm looking for a full-time Performance Marketing Manager to lead the launch and growth of Play Your Best At Any Age (PYB) — a structured golf fitness online program designed to help golfers play better, feel better, and last longer in the game they love.
Golf Fit is a performance and longevity tool for golfers who want to utilize fitness to play their best golf.
This is not a strategy role. The strategy is set. What I need now is someone who can make it happen.

WHAT WE'RE BUILDING
PYB is the first program in a deliberate sequence. We know our customer. We know what we're selling. We have a clear roadmap. What I need is someone who can execute it at a high level — from the first ad impression to a paying, retained subscriber.

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
Most marketing roles ask you to figure out what to do. This one asks you to do it exceptionally well.
You'll be handed a strategy and trusted to own the execution. That means building the funnels, writing and testing the ads, creating the email sequences, segmenting the audience, and building the retention systems that turn buyers into long-term members.
This is a hands-on role for someone who:
- Has done this before and can show the work
- Thinks in full customer journeys, not individual tasks
- Knows what a good funnel looks like — and can build one
- Treats copy, design direction, and data as tools, not departments
- Takes pride in doing things right, not just getting them done

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
You will be the primary executor for PYB across:
Paid Advertising — Facebook/Instagram and YouTube campaigns; testing, optimization, and scaling
Landing Pages — Building and iterating pages that convert
Email Marketing — Writing and deploying sequences for acquisition, onboarding, and retention
Collections & Offers — Organizing and presenting program offerings clearly
Audience Segmentation — Making sure the right message reaches the right person
Retention — Building the systems that keep members engaged and subscribed
If you've run a digital subscription or course funnel before — and you can point to real results — this will feel familiar. If you haven't, this is not the right fit.

TOOLS & PLATFORMS
You should be comfortable working in:
- Meta Ads Manager and/or YouTube/Google Ads
- Email marketing platforms
- Landing page builders
- Uscreen or comparable membership platforms
- Asana or similar project management tools
- Basic analytics and reporting
Knowing the tools matters. But what matters more is your judgment — knowing what to test, what to cut, and what to double down on.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Santa Monica, CA.
Salary: $95,000 – $110,000 depending on experience
