Florida Licensed Account Manager

Managing a high-volume portfolio of small group employer accounts, the full-time Florida Licensed Account Manager will deliver exceptional client service remotely, coordinating support across internal teams and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the client relationship. Key responsibilities Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, addressing day-to-day service needs via phone and email Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers through proactive outreach and virtual meetings Handle client service issues with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and managing the renewal process Required qualifications Associate's degree preferred, with a minimum of two years of experience in small group employee health benefits or a related insurance field Solid understanding of small group insurance products, including medical, dental, vision, life, STD, and LTD Knowledge of compliance requirements such as ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, and ACA/Health Care Reform Insurance Producer's License required Familiarity with carrier submission requirements for new business and renewals
