What You Will Do The Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Cooperative position is responsible for gatekeeping the inventory of the warehouse along with driving a culture of quality assurance at the site. This role will also serve as a starting point for real world logistics data management by utilizing warehouse management tools to drive inventory management. This role will report to the ICQA Manager. The Responsibilities Will Include But Not Be Limited To Inventory Control and Quality Assurance: • Controlling/Understanding inventory management flows. • Problem solve inventory and quality issues. • Processing the disposal of inventory. • Assess performance gaps and partner with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to develop and execute sustainable Inventory and Quality Assurance initiatives to close the gaps found in day-to-day activities. • Ensure tracking and documentation control of Inventory and Quality records, procedures, and forms • Coordinate activities: Some examples include- employee engagement events • Prepare for and participate in Audits for compliance Required Qualifications What We Are Looking For: • Supply Chain Experience: Understanding of Supply Chain flows and coordination of Fulfillment Operations activities • Collaboration across multiple levels of leadership and departments: Ability to work in a matrixed leadership environment (Warehouse + Supply Chain), which also drives tactical execution and enforcement of inventory analysis with Fulfillment teams, supervisors and managers. • Understanding of SAP and cloud-based programs. • Developing and Delivering solutions – Experience with problem solving ideas (A3, Fishbone, Five Why’s, etc.) • Creativity and innovation – ability to solve problems and pursue possibilities • Business Acumen – Knowledge of business dynamics and P&L, Operations challenges and key trends, competitors, market trends and consumers • Data Analysis – Perform business analyses and learning needs assessment to drive results • Project and Time Management – Ability to set goals and finish deliverables on time • Strategic thinking – Ability to understand organizational goals, formulate objectives, determine priorities and link to learning Don’t meet every single requirement?
