Search is the front door to the entire guest experience — the moment someone tells us what they want and we have to understand it, then show them the right options in the right order. Today that means query understanding, filtering, and ranking. Tomorrow it means next-generation AI capabilities that let guests search more naturally, get better matches with less effort, and trust that Airbnb understood what they were actually looking for.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">In this role, you will own the vision and roadmap for the future of search at Airbnb — pushing beyond keyword and filter-based search toward more intelligent, conversational, and personalized ways for guests to find their perfect stay.
