Product Marketing Manager
100% USA Remote
Virtana, provider of the deepest and broadest AI observability platform, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help define how modern observability is understood in the age of AI. This is not about marketing features—it's about shaping a category. You will articulate how Virtana moves beyond legacy Application Performance Marketing (APM) to deliver system-aware observability that connects applications, infrastructure, and AI workloads into a single, causally understood system.
This is a highly cross-functional role where you will work closely with product, sales, partners, and marketing to translate deep technical capabilities—spanning services, GPUs, and hybrid cloud environments—into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with both engineers and executives. You'll help the market move from fragmented signals to real system understanding, connecting performance, cost, and user impact in a way legacy tools cannot.
We are looking for a strong storyteller who can simplify complex systems without losing their depth, challenge conventional thinking, and create content that doesn't just inform—but reframes how teams operate. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and refine product messaging and positioning.
Translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
Create content across multiple channels, including: Marketing Campaigns | Partner Content | Analyst and Press Materials
Support go-to-market efforts for new product capabilities and launches
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling
Build high-quality presentations for internal and external audiences
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 3–6 years of experience in product marketing or a related role
Strong storytelling and communication skills
Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear messaging
Experience creating content for multiple audiences and channels
Build clear, defensible narratives—not just slides—using PowerPoint to communicate complex systems with impact
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proven success using AI to help accelerate creation of compelling, best-in-class GTM assets and collateral
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or observability
Familiarity with cloud, infrastructure, or AI-related technologies
Observability experience a plus!
