Why Join Us Write code that ships to real users from your first weeks on the job, not throwaway onboarding projects Work on a product where AI is at the center, giving you exposure to LLMs, agents, and modern AI infrastructure early in your career Learn from senior engineers who take mentorship seriously and give new grads real ownership of meaningful work Responsibilities Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and frontend features across the platform, contributing to the systems that power our AI agents and user experiences Take well-scoped projects from design to production, partnering with senior engineers on architecture decisions and code review along the way Translate product requirements into clean, maintainable code, asking the right questions when things are ambiguous Collaborate regularly with your manager and cross-functional teammates to ship features, debug production issues, and improve how the team builds software over time Qualifications Required Recent grad with a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience Strong communicator who can walk teammates through technical decisions and ask for help clearly when stuck Solid grounding in data structures, algorithms, and the fundamentals of building software that runs in production Must be based in and authorized to work in the United States Preferred Internship or project experience as a software engineer at a tech or AI-focused organization Demonstrated ability to ship working code in fast-moving environments where requirements and priorities evolve regularly Hands-on skills in Python, TypeScript, or a similar modern language, exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or GCP, and familiarity with SQL-based data systems
