Freelance Content Creator We're looking for a freelance Content Creator to work directly with our Brand Director, creating content primarily for YouTube and Instagram. The role is centered around documenting the journey behind building Gaui through a mix of long-form YouTube videos, short-form Instagram content, behind-the-scenes moments, creative projects, campaign production, travel, meetings, and day-to-day life. The goal is to conceptualize and tell stories that people genuinely enjoy following. The role is freelance and flexible, with approximately 4–7 hours of filming per week around Miami. The remainder of the work is editing at your own pace while meeting agreed-upon deadlines and deliverables. Due to the brand's director schedule, his involvement will primarily be around concepts, direction, and review, we want someone independent executing at a high level. The weekly expectations are straightforward: • 1 YouTube video per week • 1 Instagram Reel or photo carousel per week A few content references are attached below. Overall, the content should feel aspirational without feeling forced or flashy. It's about documenting the process of building something meaningful, sharing the lessons along the way, and showing the discipline, creativity, and enjoyment that come with the journey. The scope of the role includes: • Filming and editing Weekly YouTube videos from beginning to end • Creating Instagram Reels and other short-form content • Photography and visual documentation • Social-first storytelling • Creative ideation and content planning • Assisting with content production during campaigns, events, travel, and day-to-day operations The role would require physically filming alongside the Creative Director in the following locations: • Doral • Miami Beach • Downtown Miami • Photoshoots, meetings, dinners, travel days, and lifestyle moments Editing and post-production would be completed remotely afterward. Flexibility is extremely important, as filming opportunities, ideas, travel, or important moments may happen throughout the week. Future travel flexibility is also important as campaigns, retreats, or productions may occasionally require it. Deliverables • 1 YouTube video weekly • 1 Instagram Reel or photo dump weekly + Role Expectations • Capture BTS photo and video content • Document behind-the-scenes moments, meetings, campaigns, creative sessions, travel, and lifestyle moments • Edit cinematic long-form YouTube videos • Edit short-form content optimized for Instagram and social media • Help conceptualize content ideas alongside the Creative Director • Bring references, ideas, and cultural awareness into the content process • Manage projects independently from filming through editing and final delivery Requirements • Strong videography and photography skills • Strong editing experience in both long-form and short-form content • Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, retention, music selection, and editing rhythm • Strong eye for aesthetics, culture, fashion, and modern content language • Passion for meaningful and visually strong work • Someone highly independent with flexibility in their schedule and availability to move things around when needed • Ideally not someone operating under a demanding full-time commitment elsewhere • Someone capable of fully owning projects from beginning to end • Portfolio required Someone fresh to the industry is completely welcomed if the creativity, execution, work ethic, and eye are there.
