Description
For our client, we are seeking a Data Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Business Services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $113,000 – $188,000 annually
Responsibilities
Design and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes
Build and optimize data architectures for analytics
Implement CI/CD pipelines for data workflows
Develop cloud-based solutions using AWS and Azure
Collaborate with teams for data integration and model design
Ensure data quality and security through monitoring
Support data migration and modernization projects
Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required
Bachelor's degree required
8+ years in data engineering or related roles
Proficient in Java, Python, SQL, and PySpark
Strong experience in ETL and data pipeline development
Extensive knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure
