The Coalition on AIDS in Passaic County, Inc. (CAPCO) is seeking an Executive Director/CEO to maintain and grow operations at CAPCO Resource Center. The Resource Center is responsible for the delivery of services to care for persons infected with and at-risk for HIV and STIs. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires someone committed to assisting a variety of communities impacted by HIV and STI’s. The priority communities for this center are Bergen and Passaic Counties. This person must be competent to address the needs of disenfranchised populations including but not limited to PWH, substance users, mental health issues, LGBTQI+A, survival sex workers, unstably housed, etc. To learn more about CAPCO, please visit website: capcoresourceinc.com JOB OVERVIEW: Executive Director/CEO Duties: Maintains all aspects of organization including fiscal and program components. Grant writing, proposal submissions and fundraising. Fiscal and program management. Ensures that programs adhere to contractual obligations, current regulations, and standards of care. Support staff in the rigorous pursuit of grant goals, objectives and data management. Oversee human resources. Along with the Board of Trustees, creates and monitors organizations strategic actions steps. Executes contracts with vendors. Participate in community stakeholder meetings. QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS: · Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant field · At least 5 years’ experience in financial, organizational management, grant writing · Proficient in QuickBooks or other accounting software, Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel · Skills: Detail-oriented, critical thinking, analytical skills, problem-solving, multi-tasker, etc. · Team Dynamics: Maintenance of staff wellness and healthy work environment · Works well under pressure, detail oriented, organized, culturally responsive, highly motivated · Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle for community events Benefits: · Full-time (40 Hour work week) · Salary contingent upon qualifications, experience and credentials · Health, Dental, and Life Insurance · 403B (similar to 401K) with up to 4% matching · Paid Leave: 15 Vacation Days, 12 Sick Days, and 4 Personal Days. · 12 Paid Holidays Contact Jerry C.
