Staff M365 Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Staff M365 Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $145,000 – $165,000 annually Responsibilities Design and implement M365 architecture including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot Ensure security and compliance through collaboration with relevant teams Plan and support migration from Zoom to Teams Design secure M365 integrations with identity and access solutions Drive operational reliability through monitoring and automation practices Lead the enablement of M365 Copilot and productivity experiences Mentor engineers and influence architectural decisions Qualifications 10+ years in enterprise collaboration or workplace engineering 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 expertise Expert-level knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams Strong skills in Azure AD, identity management, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph Experience in large, regulated enterprise settings Benefits Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and innovative work environment Flexible work arrangements and a focus on work-life balance Comprehensive health and wellness programs Employee engagement initiatives and training programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
