Principal Software Engineer - Platform Integrations

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Software Engineer - Platform Integrations to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $124,000 – $156,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as the senior technical authority for the Platform Integrations service suite Own architectural decisions across various aspects of the integration platform Drive the migration of business logic from legacy systems into modern.NET services Write, review, and contribute production-quality code across the integration stack Establish and enforce testing standards for the integration platform Qualifications 8+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise SaaS environments, including roles as Principal or Senior Principal Engineer Deep expertise in C# and.NET (Framework and modern.NET 6+/8) Strong proficiency with Oracle Database and PL/SQL, including complex queries and performance tuning Proven experience with file-based integration patterns and REST API design Hands-on Azure cloud experience for stabilizing and modernizing services Benefits Healthcare, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plans with company matching Flexible work hours and remote work options Professional development opportunities and training programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
