<h2>Role Description</h2> <p>We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Design Systems team who will help define and build the next generation of how designers and engineers at Dropbox create products, spanning UI infrastructure, design systems, and AI-native development workflows. You will evolve our design system, build intelligent tooling, and integrate AI agents into the design-to-code lifecycle to improve speed, quality, and consistency.</p> <p>This role blends foundational front-end engineering with AI-assisted and agent-driven workflows. You will work on scalable component architecture, design system governance, AI-powered developer tooling, and automation of design and engineering handoffs.
