Chief Financial Officer Greater Pittsburgh, PA Lead financial strategy for a financially strong, nationally scaled private enterprise with significant growth ahead. MUST-HAVES: • CFO experience in large, complex organizations • Deep treasury expertise: banking relationships, capital structure, liquidity management • Multi-site operations leadership required • Led large finance teams with broad functional oversight • Cash-intensive, operationally complex business background • Private/family-owned company experience strongly preferred • Strong executive presence and operational partnership skills What You'll Do: Own enterprise treasury, banking relationships, and capital strategy. Drive liquidity management and working capital optimization across national operations. Serve as strategic advisor to ownership and executive leadership. Shape business decisions, profitability initiatives, and growth strategy. Lead multi-disciplinary finance organization across geographically dispersed locations. Build team capability and scalable infrastructure. The Role: This is a financially healthy, operationally sophisticated organization. Not a turnaround. You'll build on strong foundation while modernizing and elevating financial leadership. Onsite executive presence expected.
