Position Overview As the Demand Generation – Senior Director at UHY, you will lead the channel marketing team responsible for executing the firm’s marketing strategy. In this newly created role, you will bring strategic plans to life by overseeing a cross-functional team—including digital, content, events, creative, and proposals—to support brand awareness, business development, and recruiting. Key Responsibilities • Drive demand generation for our services lines and build brand awareness • Lead and manage a cross-functional team of marketing professionals to deliver integrated marketing campaigns • Translate strategic marketing plans into actionable, measurable deliverables • Oversee execution across digital marketing, content development, creative direction, events, sponsorships, and proposal generation • Act as the day-to-day leader of the internal agency model, optimizing workflows, timelines, and capacity • Collaborate with the Senior Director, Marketing Strategy to ensure alignment between strategic goals and implementation • Promote a high-performing, service-oriented culture within the marketing team • Measure team performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements to enhance delivery quality and speed • Maintain high standards for brand consistency, campaign effectiveness, and creative impact • Identify and develop key marketing processes while leveraging technology solutions—including marketing automation (Salesforce/Pardot), CRM (Salesforce), CMS, and AI—to enhance the impact and efficiency of integrated campaigns • Supervisory responsibilities: Lead and supervise subordinate team members Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field • 15–20 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years leading a cross-functional team • Experience in an agency, internal agency environment, or professional services organization • Strong expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and creative production • Proven ability to lead complex marketing initiatives from concept to execution • Experience managing a team and demonstrating cross-functional leadership Preferred Qualifications • Background in B2B or professional services marketing • Familiarity with project management tools Benefits & Perks • POSITIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT: Enjoy a collaborative and supportive work environment where teamwork is valued. • ATTRACTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGES: Our compensation is competitive and tailored to reflect the role, qualifications, and expertise of each individual. • COMPREHENSIVE BENEFIT PACKAGE: Access comprehensive benefits including group health insurance, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement plans, and generous paid time off (PTO) allowances. • SALARY RANGE: $200,000 to $250,000
