This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and direct involvement in day-to-day financial activities. About the Role The CFO is responsible for the financial health of the organization across multiple entities. This role operates as both a strategic advisor and a working leader, maintaining visibility into daily financial operations while supporting long-term growth, profitability, and risk management. You will work closely with ownership and department leaders to ensure financial processes are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Hands-On Financial Operations & Oversight Maintain direct involvement in daily financial operations across all entities. Review and validate financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting for accuracy. Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, and payroll funding to ensure liquidity. Oversee intercompany transactions and allocation of shared expenses. Manage Accounts Receivable processes, collections, and customer credit controls. Strategic Financial Leadership Partner with ownership on long-term planning, including financial modeling and scenario analysis. Manage capital structure and banking relationships. Analyze job costing, labor, and material margins to improve profitability. ERP & Systems Leadership (NetSuite) Lead the use and optimization of NetSuite across all entities. Improve reporting accuracy and streamline financial processes.
