The portal is maturing, and AI is reshaping what supplier self-service can look like. <br><br>We have the ambition to build an intelligent guide available to every supplier whenever they need it — whether they're stuck on a task, looking to grow their business, or trying to understand what's working. Think of it as an account manager in their pocket, available 24/7.<strong><br></strong></p> <h3><strong>Your mission</strong></h3> <p>As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a cross-functional team and shape the strategy for this product area end-to-end. We're looking for a Senior PM who can hold the long-term vision while executing with clarity on what matters now — someone who advocates for suppliers, makes evidence-based decisions, and builds alignment across a complex stakeholder landscape.</p> <ul> <li>Set the vision and strategy for the Supplier Portal product area, translating it into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.</li> <li>Lead our Contextual AI-Powered Help initiative end-to-end — from problem framing and technology decisions to adoption metrics and iteration.</li> <li>Drive decision quality and alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Supplier Experience teams — making trade-offs explicit and keeping stakeholders informed.</li> <li>Use data and customer insight to identify the highest-leverage opportunities, measure success and iterate based on outcomes.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Your toolkit</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning a product area with genuine autonomy at a fast-paced tech company.</li> <li>Real AI fluency — you understand the current landscape of LLMs, agentic systems, and contextual help tools well enough to make build-vs-buy-vs-partner calls and bring emerging tech into your product thinking.</li> <li>Strong ability to lead cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives, including collaboration with operations and supplier-facing teams.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills: ability to define success metrics, interpret data, and make evidence-based prioritization decisions.</li> <li>Experience with B2B product, marketplace platforms, or supplier/partner-facing tools is a strong plus.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication in English.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>How we’ll make your career journey extraordinary</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Annual personal growth budget and mentorship programs for continuous learning and development</li> <li>Work from anywhere in the world for 30 days per year</li> <li>A hybrid working approach with three days of in office collaboration (Mon, Tue, Thur) and two days of optional at home focus time.</li> <li>Opportunities to collaborate and socialize with team members through quarterly team events and yearly company-wide events</li> <li>Monthly transportation and fitness budget</li> <li>Discounts for you, your friends, and family on GetYourGuide activities</li> <li>Language reimbursement program</li> <li>Health and wellness benefits</li> </ul> <p>And more…</p> <h3><strong>How to apply</strong></h3> <p>Submit your CV/resume in English using the form below.
