Product Manager - Data & Experimentation

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager - Data & Experimentation to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Media environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $125,000 – $160,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the application of data and experimentation to test product assumptions Translate company objectives into measurable outcomes and leading indicators Establish standards for framing and evaluating product bets Identify measurement gaps and create plans to address them Design and execute validation strategies for major initiatives Drive rigorous assumption testing including A/B testing Analyze results and communicate clear product recommendations Qualifications 6-10 years of experience in product management or data-focused roles Strong hands-on experience with SQL for querying data Experience building dashboards with modern analytics tools Deep expertise in leading experimentation and validation across product initiatives Proven ability to turn data insights into actionable product decisions Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off Additional benefits as outlined in applicable plan documents Union employees benefits in accordance with collective bargaining agreements Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
