About the RoleJ.Crew Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end digital experience on jcrew.com. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role responsible for defining and delivering the product roadmap across core site experiences — from browse and discovery through checkout and post-purchase. You will work at the intersection of customer experience, technology, and business performance, partnering closely with engineering, UX, analytics, merchandising, and marketing to build a best-in-class eCommerce experience for one of America's most iconic fashion br ands.This role sits at the heart of J.Crew's digital transformation — driving measurable improvements in conversion, engagement, and revenue through disciplined product thinking, relentless prioritization, and a deep understanding of our cust omer. What You 'll DoProduct Strategy & R oadmapOwn the product roadmap for jcrew.com — defining priorities that balance customer needs, business outcomes, and technical feasi bilityTranslate digital strategy into a clear, sequenced backlog of initiatives with well-defined success cr iteriaDrive alignment across UX, engineering, analytics, merchandising, and marketing stakeholders on priorities and tra deoffsIdentify gaps and opportunities in the current site experience through data, customer research, competitive analysis, and cross-functional input Site Experience & Con versionOwn core site experiences including product discovery (PLP, PDP, search, navigation), checkout, and post-purchas e flowsDrive conversion rate optimization through structured A/B testing, multivariate experiments, and iterative feature deve lopmentPartner with UX and creative teams to define and deliver experiences that are both high-converting and o n-brandMonitor site health and performance metrics daily — identify friction points and drive rapid res olution Personalization &a mp; DataChampion personalization initiatives across the site — working with engineering and analytics to surface the right product, content, and experiences for each customerDefine the data and event instrumentation needed to measure feature performance and customer behavior ac curatelyPartner with the analytics team to build dashboards and reporting cadences that keep the team informed and acc ountable Execution & DeliveryWrite clear, well-scoped product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria — bridging strategy and engineering without losi ng eitherWork closely with engineering in an agile environment — own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coo rdinationProactively manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs across concurrent wo rkstreamsCommunicate progress, results, and learnings to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and data-d riven way What You Bring5–8 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in eCommerce or DTC digita l productsProven track record of owning and shipping high-impact features in a fast-paced, cross-functional e nvironmentDeep familiarity with eCommerce fundamentals: conversion funnels, site search, PLP/PDP optimization, checkout, and post-purchase experienceStrong data instincts — you're comfortable in analytics tools (GA4, Looker, or similar) and make decisions grounded in evidence, not intui tion aloneExperience with A/B testing platforms and a structured approach to exper imentationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you can align senior leaders and work effectively with engineers and designersUnderstanding of front-end and back-end eCommerce architecture — you don't need to write code, but you need to speak th e languageExperience with personalization platforms, recommendation engines, or CDP tooling a s trong plusFashion, retail, or lifestyle brand experience preferred — you understand how the J.Crew customer shops and what earns h er loyalty Benef its + PerksHealth & Well-being - Eligible associates and family members receive medical, dental, prescription and vision insurance, family planning (fertility, adoption & surrogacy support), fitness discounts, medical trave l and more.Associate Discount - We love our products just as much as you do!
