一、岗位职责 / I. Key Responsibilitie 海外市场开拓与本地化直销体系建设Overseas Market Development & Local Direct Sales Network Setup 负责指定海外区域的市场调研、客户开发及销售目标达成，制定并执行区域销售策略；Conduct market research, customer acquisition, and sales target achievement in assigned overseas regions; formulate and execute regional sales strategies. 主导本地化直销网络的搭建，逐步优化现有渠道结构，提升公司对终端客户的直接服务能力和品牌影响力；Lead the establishment of a local direct sales network, gradually optimize existing channel structures, and enhance the company’s direct service capability and brand influence on end customers. 通过展会、B2B平台、海关数据、海外拜访、行业人脉等多渠道挖掘潜在客户，建立并维护直接客户关系。Identify potential customers through exhibitions, B2B platforms, customs data, overseas visits, industry networks, and other channels; build and maintain direct customer relationships. 技术方案与商务谈判Technical Solutions & Commercial Negotiation 深入理解客户需求，结合纸容器设备工艺及智能控制系统，为客户提供软硬件一体化的技术解决方案及设备配置建议；Deeply understand customer needs, integrate paper container equipment processes and intelligent control systems, and provide customers with integrated hardware & software technical solutions and equipment configuration recommendations. 主导外贸全流程：询盘处理、技术澄清、报价、合同谈判、信用证审核、订单执行及回款；Lead the entire foreign trade process: inquiry handling, technical clarification, quotation, contract negotiation, L/C review, order execution, and payment collection. 处理价格、付款方式、交货期、售后服务等关键条款，确保合同顺利签订。Handle key terms such as pricing, payment terms, delivery time, and after-sales service to ensure successful contract signing. 项目交付与售后协调Project Delivery & After-sales Coordination 协调内部研发、生产、物流等部门，确保设备按时交付，满足客户产能需求；Coordinate with internal R&D, production, and logistics departments to ensure on-time equipment delivery and meet customer production capacity requirements. 跟进海外客户的设备安装、调试、培训等售后环节，协调技术团队提供远程或现场支持；Follow up on after-sales processes including equipment installation, commissioning, and training; coordinate technical team support (remote or on-site). 及时处理客户投诉与问题，提升客户满意度，推动复购与增购。Handle customer complaints and issues promptly, improve customer satisfaction, and drive repeat and additional purchases. 市场洞察与策略反馈Market Insight & Strategic Feedback 收集并分析海外市场信息（行业动态、竞争对手、客户需求、认证要求等），结合公司产品优势，制定区域销售策略，为公司产品优化和市场布局提供决策支持；Collect and analyze overseas market information (industry trends, competitors, customer needs, certification requirements, etc.), combine with the company’s product strengths, formulate regional sales strategies, and provide decision support for product optimization and market planning. 关注目标市场的食品包装准入法规及工业软件应用趋势，确保销售行为合规。Monitor food packaging access regulations and industrial software application trends in target markets to ensure sales compliance. 任职要求 / Qualifications 基本条件 / A. Basic Requirements 本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、包装工程、自动化、国际贸易、英语、市场营销等相关专业优先；Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Design & Manufacturing and Automation, Packaging Engineering, Automation, International Trade, English, Marketing, or related fields. 年龄50周岁以下（特别优秀者可适当放宽，但需有纸容器/包装设备行业经验并经业务负责人特批）；Under 50 years old (exceptions may be made for exceptional candidates with paper container/packaging equipment industry experience and approval from the business head). 英语流利（CET-6或专业八级），能独立撰写技术方案、合同及商务邮件，主导英文技术会议；外籍候选人须具备中文基础交流能力或愿意快速学习；Fluent in English (CET-6 or TEM-8), able to independently draft technical proposals, contracts, and business emails, and lead technical meetings in English; foreign candidates must have basic Chinese communication skills or be willing to learn quickly. 持有C1及以上有效驾照（外籍候选人需提供本国有效驾照及国际驾照翻译件）；Hold a valid C1 or higher driver’s license (foreign candidates must provide a valid local license and an International Driver’s Permit translation). 能够接受长期外派海外国家（每次外派周期通常为6-12个月，可回国休假），并适应高频次跨区域出差。Able to accept long-term overseas assignments (typically 6–12 months per assignment, with home leave), and adapt to frequent cross-regional business trips. 专业能力 / B. Professional Competencies 行业知识：了解纸杯机/纸容器设备的核心工艺、技术参数、国际认证及目标市场准入要求；Industry knowledge: Understand core processes, technical parameters, international certifications (CE, FDA, SGS), and target market access requirements for paper cup/paper container equipment. 外贸能力：精通Incoterms、信用证审核、报关清关、风险控制；Foreign trade proficiency: Master Incoterms, L/C review, customs clearance, and risk control (credit insurance, advance payment management, etc.). 方案销售：能将客户产能需求转化为技术方案，熟练运用PPT、CAD图纸或ROI分析模型向客户展示价值；Solution selling: Convert customer capacity requirements into technical proposals, and proficient
