We're redefining how brands get seen - real content, real creators, real results. We're entering 40+ new markets and we need a Marketing Director to build the engine that drives it all. The role This is a builder's role. You'll own TSS's full marketing strategy and execution — from brand to pipeline to revenue. You'll lead our new brand rollout, scale a high-performing marketing team, and serve as interim marketing lead for our sister brand TSI. Based initially in Milan, with planned relocation to Greece as our European hub grows. Frequent travel will be required. What you'll own Own the full marketing strategy and deliver a 90-day plan to SteerCo within your first three weeks Build revenue attribution, lead tracking, and a live marketing performance dashboard within 90 days Complete the TSS brand identity rollout across all touchpoints - zero legacy materials by Q3 2026 Grow Instagram from 50k to 150k followers; build TikTok from scratch; elevate LinkedIn engagement Drive 150+ qualified leads per quarter via digital channels (CPL ≤$20, conversion ≥5%) Develop a replicable market entry playbook and execute launches across 40+ new European markets by Q4 2026 Assess, restructure, and build the marketing team - org design approved by SteerCo by Month 2 What we're looking for Proven track record owning marketing strategy and execution in a fast-growing, multi-market environment Strong command of performance marketing - attribution, funnels, paid and organic channels Experience building and leading marketing teams with a data-first, outcomes-driven mindset Confident presenting directly to C-suite and board level Background in consumer brands, creator economy, marketplaces, or hospitality/lifestyle a strong plus Fluent English; additional European languages a bonus Based in or willing to relocate to Milan, with openness to subsequent move to Greece Why TSS You won't inherit a polished machine - you'll build one.
