About the Role This is a full-time, on-site role for a Secondary Marketing Manager located in Parkville, MD. The Secondary Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution and sale of residential mortgage loans into the secondary market. As a critical control point in the mortgage lifecycle, you will drive pricing strategy, margin performance, and loan sale execution, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will also lead the closing and post-closing teams, playing a key role in operational excellence and investor delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in secondary marketing, pricing, investor management, and mortgage operations, along with the ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence. Qualifications • 5+ years of mortgage lending experience, including Secondary Marketing, Lock Desk, or Capital Markets • 1–3+ years of supervisory/team management experience • Strong knowledge of secondary markets (FNMA, FHLMC, FHA/VA) • Proven experience managing pricing strategy and margin performance • Deep understanding of mortgage regulations (TRID, QM/ATR, HMDA, ECOA, Fair Lending) • Analytical mindset with strong decision-making, financial acumen, and attention to detail • Excellent communication and relationship management skills • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities • Knowledge of federal mortgage regulations and guidelines is a plus Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (based on experience) • Eligible for annual performance-based discretionary bonus • Comprehensive benefits package • Opportunity to play a key role in a growing mortgage banking platform
