Key Responsibilities
1,Develop and manage strategic relationships with key accounts across Italy.
2,Identify and generate new business opportunities in industries including:
Retail & Supermarkets
Facility Management
Logistics & Warehousing
Manufacturing & Industrial
Hospitality & Hotels
3,Lead the full consultative sales cycle, including:
Prospecting and business development
Identifying customer needs
Delivering presentations and product demonstrations
Coordinating Proof of Concept (PoC) projects
Commercial negotiation and contract closing
4,Build and manage relationships with distributors, system integrators, and strategic partners.
5,Work closely with pre-sales, technical support, product, and marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery.
6,Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer events.
7,Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM records, and business forecasts.
8,Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Italian market.
Requirements
1,Minimum 5 years of B2B sales and/or Key Account Management experience.
2,Proven experience in one or more of the following industries:
Robotics
Industrial Automation
Smart Hardware
Industrial Equipment
B2B Technology
Professional Cleaning Equipment
Material Handling / Intralogistics
3,Demonstrated success in developing new business and expanding strategic customer accounts.
4,Experience managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
5,Willingness to travel extensively within Italy.
6,Professional proficiency in Italian and English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with major retail chains, supermarkets, or large retail groups.
An established network within retail, facility management, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or system integrators.
Previous experience introducing innovative technology or automation solutions to enterprise customers.
