You will administer treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, advanced anti-aging therapies, and waxing services, ensuring the highest standards of client comfort and safety. Maintaining a clean and well-organized treatment room, adhering to all sanitation and sterilization protocols, is paramount. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, fostering loyalty, and achieving retail sales goals are also integral to this role. The ideal candidate will possess a valid esthetician license in the District of Columbia and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional spa or dermatology setting. Comprehensive knowledge of various skincare modalities, ingredients, and product lines is essential. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required to provide consultations, build rapport with clients, and explain treatment benefits clearly. A proven ability to upsell services and retail products is highly desirable. Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology related to skin health is also important.
