What You Will Do Architect and scale critical platform infrastructure, including patient portals and proprietary video conferencing tools. Mentor a growing engineering team while driving best practices in system architecture, security, and full-stack development. The ideal candidate 6-10+ years of progressive full-stack experience with strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and cloud-native architecture. Proven track record of building and scaling consumer-facing products within high-growth, fast-paced startup environments.
