Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic hotel and resort location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post, offering the opportunity to support the location through mobile patrol activity while providing outstanding customer service, clear communication, and dependable teamwork with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: • Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. • Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related issues to site leadership. • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions. • Monitor access points and high-traffic guest areas, helping to confirm that only authorized individuals enter restricted locations and/or back-of-house areas. • Support hotel and resort operations during events, busy check-in periods, and/or special activities by providing a visible presence, answering questions, and communicating with team members regarding security-related matters. Minimum Requirements: • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. • Customer service experience is preferred. • A guard card/license is preferred. • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
