This team owns hiring across Coinbase's G&amp;A functions, and you'll be responsible for owning full-lifecycle recruiting for some of our hardest-to-fill roles. You'll partner directly with senior leaders to deeply understand their talent needs, build strong pipelines, and drive process improvements that help the recruiting team scale.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches across your Core portfolio</li> <li>Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research, ensuring sufficient depth and quality at each stage to maintain hiring velocity</li> <li>Partner with senior leaders across your client groups to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate and interviewer experience</li> <li>Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency, surface bottlenecks, and improve outcomes for your hiring teams</li> <li>Design and implement recruiting processes and pilot programs that help the team scale its impact across global markets</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment, with demonstrated success closing senior and hard-to-attract candidates</li> <li>Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets</li> <li>Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing</li> <li>Data-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into strategic recommendations for stakeholders</li> <li>Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.</li> </ul> <p>Position ID:&nbsp; P77613</p> <div id="fortidlp-input-element-parent"></div><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><strong>Pay Transparency Notice:</strong><strong><em> </em></strong>Base salary varies by location (see range below).
